Georgia Virtual School does not have Fall break scheduled on our school calendar. Students, if your school has a Fall break, planning and working ahead is key to meeting the next assignment due date. Please notify your instructor with the dates your school will be out for Fall break. Extensions beyond the next assignment due date will not be granted due to a local school's scheduled Fall break. The late work policy will apply.
Plan ahead and enjoy your Fall break!
AP World History: EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITY!
All AP World History students will be using Shmoop as a resource and study aid throughout the semester. Students have the opportunity to earn Shmoints (Shmoop points) in Shmoop. Shmoints can be exchanged for extra credit points added to tests and assignments.
75 Shmoints=5 extra credit points. You will be in control of where you would like these Shmoop points added!
Max points: 300 Shmoints or 20 extra credit points
Once you receive 75 Shmoints, take a "screen shot" of the number of points in your Shmoop account and submit the screen shot to the Shmoop folder in the dropbox. In the comments box, state where you would like the points added. I will provide you with a "date of transaction" that documents when and where the points were added.

Follow the directions below to register for a Shmoop account. Once you register, you will be receiving an email from me via GAVS Google email. The email will provide you with instructions on joining our AP World History Shmoop classroom.
Once you join our AP Shmoop classroom, you can begin earning Shmoints towards extra credit points in class! You will need the class code below to register.
Code: 6f4bb
Note: Students must register and earn Shmoints through the AP World History Shmoop class. Shmoints earned outside the class will not apply!
