May 24, 2018
Dear Mustangs,
It seems so surreal to be at this time of year! Your children have grown as students and citizens. Thank you for your support and trust as we worked together to bring each child to success!
It is that exciting time of year with the arrival of yearbooks. If you purchased a yearbook it will be sent home on Tuesday, May 29. The extra yearbooks will go on sale for $32.00 on Wednesday, May 30, at 7:00 a.m. This is first come first served.
Please remember that this is a busy time of year. Safety is a priority so watch carefully for excited children in the arrival areas and send notes to teachers about transportation changes. Yes, please remember to bring your driver's license to sign in and to dismiss your child. Thank you so much for supporting the safety of each child and for your patience.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Yours truly,
Jan Fickling, Principal

Mustang Fest Refund Option Information
Please read the following information and if you pre- purchased wristbands for our Mustang Fest you will need to print and return the refund option form with your choice of the 3 options available. Please click on the button tab below to view and print and you may return these to our main office.
Dear Parents:
You are receiving this letter because you have pre-purchased wristbands for Mustang Fest. Unfortunately, inclement weather effected both our event day and our backup day. Although it broke our hearts to have to cancel the event for this year, both calendar and vendor constraints will not allow for the event to be held before the end of this school year. Due to space constraints, we also could not accommodate an event of this size indoors.
In order to (1) hopefully alleviate further weather concerns and (2) so no one has to wait another entire year for the next event, we will hold Mustang Fest in the fall of school year 2018-2019 (date TBD).
In the meantime, we would like to offer three options to you.
We will offer you a full refund.
We will gratefully accept your wristband purchase as a PTO
donation which will be put towards Mustang Fest in the fall.
We will hold your wristbands until the event in the fall when we
will distribute them to you. If you are unable to attend the event in
the fall, we will refund your money at that time.
Please check the box for the option you choose. For those that choose refunds, those will be disbursed to you in the next few weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at MidwayPTO1994@gmail.com.
Thank you,
