Hello Farnsworth Aerospace PreK-4 Families,


YOU DID IT! You made it through the 1st week of Distance Learning. I know this transition is not easy and can be frustrating however I want you to know that the Farnsworth Team of Educators is here to support you. If you need something please do not hesitate to reach out to our main office at 651-293-8675 or complete the Family HELP FORM.


At Farnsworth Aerospace PreK-4, we have compiled a list “Technology How tos.” This resource contains quick videos on how to use Seesaw, Google Meets, taking attendance, and organizing your iPad. Check out the resource HERE. We will continue to add links and videos to this page throughout the school year.


Next week, we will be hosting virtual technology sessions for families. We will host sessions on how to support your child using Seesaw, Schoology, and Google Meets. We will answer questions that you may have and grow your skills using Seesaw, Schoology, and Google Meets.

Resources for SPPS Families during Distance Learning (COVID-19)

Specialists at Farnsworth Aerospace PreK-4

We will begin our Specialist rotation on Monday September 21, 2020. I would like you and your child to continue to build relationships with their classroom community this week.

Attendance Expectations

Our daily attendance process has changed this school year. Please watch the following video for directions. We know this is new, if you have questions or are having trouble, please contact your child’s teacher to confirm your child’s attendance.

SPPS iUpdate

Please complete iUpdate as soon as possible.

How to access iUpdate:

Visit the One Stop website at spps.org/onestop.

Note: Only one parent or guardian in a primary household completes iUpdate.

  • Complete required school and district forms including the Technology Use Agreement (for student iPad use) and field trip and media permission forms

  • Add or change primary and alternative addresses to ensure accurate school-bus transportation to and from home or childcare addresses (if/when hybrid or in-person learning returns later this year)

  • Add or change phone numbers and email addresses to ensure SPPS has accurate contact information on file for your family

  • Once completed, you'll be asked to fill out the Application for Educational Benefits/Free or Reduced Price Meals. Please complete this step regardless of your family's income

SPPS Meal Service

SPPS will continue to provide meals to students while they are in distance learning starting Tuesday, September 8. Meal boxes will continue to be delivered to homes as they were this summer. Meals are available for any Saint Paul children 18 and under, and those with a disability enrolled in a school program, you can register online.


If you are requesting changes to your delivery or want to update your contact information, please fill out this form.


Weekly curbside pickup will also be available at select sites.


If you have not already done so, please fill out your Application for Educational Benefits that was mailed to homes earlier this month.
