KAES is Fundraising Through Kindness
Get out your duct tape! We did it! That's right we made our $15,000 dollar goal toward our middle school playground. Thank you to everyone who helped support this fundraiser. Students, families, and classes have done some amazing things sharing kindness throughout our community. Funds continue to come in over spring break and right now we are at $19,000!
KAES Eagle Luanch
Super proud of two fourth graders Tiago and Ethan who both were baptized recently and had their eagle launch at chapel. We love to celebrate these special events with our students.
Read Across America
Our Annual Read Across America week ended today with the elementary story walk. This is a celebration of reading on the week of Dr. Seuss’ birthday. This year our theme was historical, famous Americans. This year we read about Sacajawea, George Washington, Lewis & Clark, Benjamin Franklin, Amelia Earhart and Ruby Bridges. It is always a fun way to engage students with different authors, teachers and literary themes.
First grade has talent
This week the first grade put on their annual talent show. These students have all kinds of talents and a great sense of humor.
