Summer Office Hours

The office will be open June 17-July 1, 10 am to 2 pm.

The office will be closed July 2-16.

Following the closure, office hours will resume July 19-Aug. 12, 10am-2pm, and closed Fridays.

Regular office hours, Mon-Fri, 8 am to 4 pm, will resume Aug. 16.

Please feel free to stop by, call or email the office for any support needed during the summer.

Save These Dates for Return to School

Sept. 2, 4-6 pm, BACK TO SCHOOL SOCIAL - This event is for families (parents and students) and school staff, a time to kick off the school year! Secondary students will get their class schedules and lockers, elementary will meet their teachers and bring school supplies to their new classroom. New families to our school will have an orientation to welcome them to NCCS. This will be a special time of getting our community together and kick off the new school year!


Sept. 7, FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL (8:15 AM)


Sept. 14, 6-8pm, PARENT ORIENTATION NIGHT- This is a parent only event. Teachers and parents will meet in the classrooms to share about the year: curriculum, expectations, special activities/events, etc. Please make this a priority to attend, it will make a difference in the success of the school year for you and your child.


The office will send out a summer letter the first week of August with information to help you prepare for the new school year: supply lists, EDP registration, hot lunch orders, fall sports information, volunteer opportunities, and MORE!!!

CLOSING OUT THE 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR AT NCCS

The last weeks of the school year were filled with graduation, programs, projects, field day, basketball, and good-bye for now...Have a fantastic summer and we will see you in the fall!!!

Elementary Awards Assembly

NCCS Students Awarded in State Contest

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! 9 of our students have won prizes in their grade division for the Woodsy Owl Poster Contest. It is the 50 year anniversary of Woodsy owl. The contest was sponsored by the Oregon state Federation of Garden Clubs. Each of the winners (picture above) received certificates and cash prizes. The first place winners in each division got a goody bag and their artwork was sent on to the regional contest. The winners from NCCS are :

NCCS Outdoor School Video

Our 6th and 7th grade students enjoyed a week at a Christian Outdoor School in Rockaway, OR, this spring. They learned about God's creation, built stronger relationships, and had a BLAST!!! Enjoy this video of their experience.

Europe Tour UPDATE

ARE YOU READY TO TRAVEL AND SEE THE WORLD???? We are welcoming additional travelers for an upcoming tour of Italy, France and Spain. Due to current travel restrictions in those countries, our Europe Tour is rescheduled now for March 18-31, 2022 (Spring Break). The tour is open for travelers in high school, as well as parents who wish to accompany their student. Please visit our tour website for information and enrollment for this tour. There is a $100 discount for enrollment before June 30! Any questions should be directed to Mrs. James, tour coordinator.
