Video Games.
We know that a number of our children like to play video games. Did you know that there is a really good website that allows parents to view a game so they know about the content? It also suggests good, age-appropriate alternatives to games that children may be too young for. This can be found at

Our school will be taking part in the Big Walk & Wheel event this year. This will start on 20th March. Eco Warriors will be encouraging everyone to walk, scoot or cycle at least part of the way to school during the event.
RSPB Garden Birdwatch - this weekend!
This weekend is the RSPB Garden Birdwatch. Everyone is encouraged to count the birds in their garden for 1 hour. Further details can be found at

We know that the children in Year 5 are looking forward to performing at Sheffield Arena as part of the Young Voices event next Thursday. This is an amazing opportunity and we know that they will love it. We hope to keep you updated on our social media feeds throughout the event.
School Closed - Friday 10th Feb - Training Day
Don’t forget that school breaks up for half term on Thursday 9th February, as the following day is a training day for staff.
Football Nets.
Our School Council has asked us to purchase football nets for use at playtimes. These have now been put in place and we hope they will enhance playtime activities.

It's been too long! The PTA are hosting our first parent only event since COVID!!! Book your babysitter and get your bingo dabber ready for Gingo Friday 24th February 7:30pm in the school hall.
Tickets £5 each - book on ParentPay. Limited number available.
