Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day

Our CFISD Superintendent, Dr. Mark Henry, recently reached out to our district principals to ask us to share that as in previous years and in conjunction with other Region 4 school districts, CFISD will not participate in the “National Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day” scheduled for Thursday, April 25, 2019. Instead, the district will participate in “Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day” on Friday, May 31, 2019.

Bingo Night is come and go! Registration starts at 5:30 with games starting each hour at 630/730/830! Stay ALL NIGHT or come when you can, we will be selling games all night! If you haven't bought tickets, don't worry! We will be selling them at the door.

Don’t forget to have your students wear their best ‘80s fashion to school on Friday the 12th and to bingo that night! There will be lots of silent auction items - Hometown Team Tickets, Video Game Packages, Date Nights, Spa Baskets, and lots of fun Teacher Parties students can win and bring their friends!

We are also excited to announce that Bill Brown, retired Astros Baseball Announcer, will be our emcee for the night.

If you are planning on coming, why not consider volunteering to help us set-up/tear-down, or at our registration table or concession stand.

Thank you so much for your support!!! Because of you, we know we will have an AWESOME fundraiser to raise money for an electronic marquee and to bring Ready to Grow Gardens (which includes a butterfly garden and a 3 x 25’ planting bed) to Rennell.
