Her Strength, Her Efforts

Angelina Jolie has strength to help people. Wiliam Hauge who has worked with Anglina Jolie to try to end rape in war torn areas says, "Her strength lies in the fact that she is able to influence governments and move public opinion at the same time." This means that Jolie is very passionate about what she is doing and it shows that she is someone most people look up to so most people follow her and her opinons. She has persuaded governments to change their opinions about the way their outlook is on humanity.

Her Impact

Angelina Jolie learned to stand up for what you belive in because there are going to be other people who are going to agree with you they just don't have the voice to stand up and say what they believe in. Jolie currently travels the world to draw attention to not just the local issues but global issues. Jolie's leadership traits impacted others by helping them get out of dangerous situations and giving other people a voice to speak with.

My Opinions on Jolie's Traits

The leadership trait that I share with Angelina Jolie is standing up for what you believe is right. In the future I would use this trait to stand up for other people and other causes that I believe is the correct thing to stand up for. I think the most helpful trait for Angelina Jolie is her ability to influence others because you need other people to help support your case of why you believe something. Angelina Jolie is very passinate about what she does and I think to be passinate about something is a very good trait to look up to somone for.
Leaders do not have to display all of the leadership traits to be effective. Leaders can be very rude and still make an impact on others and persuade them to think what they think. Qualities you need to delvelope in order to be an effective leader are being organized and the ability to plan out things or else you wouldn't know what to do or when to do things, like give speechs, presentations, other forms of public speaking, or traveling to visit other countries. You also need to be a problem solver to get through every situation life throws at you.
