Vision Catching & Casting

Summer 2016 Online

My name is Jason Stewart and I am honored to navigate the experience and equipping of your growth in Vision Catching and Casting in Leadership. As leaders, we have the privilege and responsibility to see what others may not yet seeā€¦vision. At the heart of our leadership is taking people somewhere. I can think of no greater topic for us to consider as leaders, to have clarity of vision for our effectiveness in serving our organizations and people.

As a leader in churches, business, and non-profit spaces; I have never been more excited and focused in my own leadership, the process and tools that I use daily as I guide my staff, volunteer leaders, and church body. I am also privileged to coach and consult other leaders with the resources we will work with in our Vision course. My hope is that our work here fills your tool-belt with the just-in-time tools to further your leadership with stunning clarity, results, deeper relationships, and powerful freedom.

To get started please begin by completing the Jessup Online Student Orientation [if you haven't already done so]. Next, be sure to download the course syllabus and read it carefully. Then tell us something about yourself in the Introductions Forum. If you will, also tell us just a little about where you lead and how you think this class will enhance your work. After you've completed these tasks, you're ready for Week 1. As you read the syllabus, be sure to pay attention to the assignment "Vision Framing Project Approval" that is due on just the second day of the course, May 10.

Let me know if you have any questions or if there's any way I can help you.
