OUR 2020-2021 YEARBOOK
Our Mathews community always steps up to the plate to support our students and our traditions. We will be able to have a yearbook this year after all!
A BIG THANK YOU to Jennifer Stithem for volunteering to be our yearbook coordinator for this year.
Such great news! Thank you Jennifer!
FOOD DRIVE
Mathews Student Council is collecting canned foods for Millie’s Food Pantry and the North Texas Food Bank. Bring non-perishable canned food during the month of November.
Great items to bring are cans and boxed food items like macaroni and cheese or canned vegetables. Our Food Drive will continue through the end of November.
Just make sure not to bring in glass.
Thank you for your support.
Fifth Grade T-Shirt Contest!
Entries due Weds., Nov. 18!
Federal Meal Program
DON'T FORGET TO SUBMIT FOR 20-21:
At this time all students receive free breakfast and lunch. This should continue until the end of December unless funds are exhausted before that time. Students who had previously qualified for Free/Reduced meals during the 2019-20 school year are no longer eligible unless you submit a new application. You will find the application below with our breakfast and lunch menus. We encourage you to submit a new application to continue services.
Mathews SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Signing Your Child Out of School
Office staff will sign the student out, documenting both the time the student left the building, as well as the time the parent requested for early dismissal.
Your child will be brought to you. You will need to provide ID to pick up your child when your child is brought to the front entrance by staff as it may not be Mrs. Tipsword who walks your child to the front door. Thank you.
