Systems Of Government
Government (one person) rule in the name of God
What is theocracy?
Theocracy is a form of government in which a person of religious status rules. They are often favored by their country's people because he bases his decisions off of what the church morals and beliefs. Everyone is happy because they feel the choices their country is making are coming from God rather than a power hungry villain.
The downside
The biggest downside to this form, is when a person lies their way into leadership. They seem to have all the right stuff, knowing all the religious texts that are needed for this line of work. By the time they get into rulership, they make decisions based on their wants and the country's people are unhappy. This is a big risk that can lead to non-civil disobedience, violent protests, and even civil war.
