PARENTS/GUARDIANS - Engagement Survey

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Idaho’s custom parent survey is an important part of our focus on serving and engaging parents in our schools’ work. This survey gives you the chance to tell us how schools are doing in meeting your needs.

To access the survey visit:

The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous. You can submit your survey until March 31, 2023.

We will use these survey responses to find ways to maximize satisfaction, engagement, and communication. Additionally, the state will report the results and the number of responses on Idaho’s school report card (https://idahoschools.org/).

If you want to see a copy of the survey questions, visit https://sde.idaho.gov/assessment/surveys/. Remember though, you have to use the custom website above to complete and submit the actual survey.

Thank you for participating in the survey. If you have any questions, please contact your school’s principal.

Sincerely,

Cory Woostenhulme

FAFSA

  • Thank you to all the seniors who have completed the FAFSA so far. We have 94 seniors who have completed it.

  • Please make sure to complete the FAFSA for financial aid if you haven’t done so yet.

FAFSA Competition

  • We are having a healthy FAFSA Competition among our Skyview, Nampa, and Columbia. This is based on the percentage of FAFSA's completed by each senior class at each high school. Meaning the school with the highest completion rate will win. We have extended our deadline to February. The school with the highest FAFSA completion percentage that senior class will get a big prize! Our goal is at least 50%!!!

  • Skyview is still in the lead by only 6%! We can beat them!

  • Besides the FAFSA competition among all three comprehensive high schools, Ms. Baeza also has a Class of 2023 FAFSA Finish Line for the seniors!

    • All seniors who complete the FAFSA will get a Columbia T-shirt and some other fun Columbia School spirit things. All those who complete the FAFSA will also get their name entered into a drawing for fun prizes.
