I want to thank you all again for the time and support you continue to provide to our program and our students while we remain in remote learning. We would not be able to do this without you! Self-care is an action or activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. These actions or activities involve something that refuels us, rather than takes from us.
