We will need some help from you all! We have to move everything out of our building before they come to demo the current flooring. We need as many people as possible to come help us do that. If anyone is free on Wednesday and Thursday March 8th & 9th at 3pm (both days) to come help, we would so appreciate it. We will be renting 2 PODS for storage, so we will not need to move things very far, just quickly and proficiently! We will be keeping the bare minimum in the rooms for when we return (the company will move those items around) such as cribs, tables, chairs, changing tables.

It is our hope and prayer that this will not affect our daily operations. We are CLOSED Monday, March 13th already, so the company will plan to start demo after naptime on March 10 (Friday) and throughout the weekend and Monday. We hope that they will be able to demo the entire building, clean up and lay the hallway flooring during this window. After that, we will open on Tuesday and they will be laying flooring in classrooms while we are open. We will displace one room at a time into our break room and set up a makeshift, DSS approved classroom. They hope to be able to knock out two classrooms per day (laying the flooring, baseboards and cleaning up).

Of course, this is all dependent on the materials coming in on time, so a quick prayer for that would be GREATLY appreciated, too! We really are trying our best not to have to close down for any part of this project unnecessarily.
