Peak Monday Memo
Every Way Every Day
RISE TOGETHER INSPIRE INNOVATION SCHOLARS FIRST ELEVATE EXPECTATIONS
I have had a roller coaster of emotions with balancing getting everything done, that I know you all will need, in order to feel prepared for scholars. As well as, just joyful of seeing you all in good fellowship and working hard to get ready for scholars.
Well it all fell into great perspective when our first round of scholars came through the doors! The joy on their faces and parents giving big hugs and seeing their excitement just brought about a great peace!

Walk-through Focus of the Week
This is week, your primary focus will be setting high SLA expectations for your scholars. Remember our goal is 100% for scholars at all times. If they are not performing at 100%, then you do it again. Working on this now will set your classroom up for success for the entire school year! We will be visiting your classrooms and looking at your roll out and practice of effective classroom routines.
Remember we will be looking for school wide expectations as well. We will look to see how effectively do scholars exhibit HALLS and cafeteria expectations.
Weekly Motivation
This week focus on the power of positive affirmations as we get ready to welcome our scholars and go through SLA week!
