The U.S.A. general was Dwight D. Eisenhower. He was born October 14, 1890 in Denison, Texas. His tactic's where to send the plains in at he Normandy coast between Le Havre and Contentin Peninsula. The plan was to fly along the Loire and Seine rivers into France. Destroying the Germans.
