The temperate deciduous forests are located in the eastern half of the United States, Canada, Europe, parts of Russia, China, and Japan.

Its climate is that it has four distinct seasons which are spring, summer, autumn, and winter.The average rainfall is 30 to 60 inches a year and the average annual temperature is 50°F.
