FEE MANAGEMENT NOT ACTIVE IN SKYWARD FAMILY ACCESS
We are excited to share with you that beginning with the 2022-23 school year the ROCORI School District will be using the Fee Management program that is provided through Skyward. You will see a new Fee Management tab when logging into Family Access. A few things you need to know in order to use it effectively:
· Activity fees – as activity paperwork is filled out and turned in to the Activities Office your student will be entered into the appropriate activity. You will then see the fee for the activity show up in Fee Management in Family Access. A “Make a Payment” box will show up and when you click on that it will take you out to RevTrak where you will be able to make your payment.
· Course fees – this will work in the same way that Activity fees does. When scheduling is finalized and class rosters are run the course fees/class fees will post in Fee Management in Family Access. You should see these show up the first week in September.
We encourage families to use Fee Management as much as possible. You will be able to pay for all your fees (lunch account, activities and course fees) all in one area. Please contact the office if you have any questions.
