Message from the Principal
Good afternoon Jags!
As we wrap up the final week of the 20-21 school year, be sure you are finishing strong with your semester finals. There is a lot information below regarding turning in textbooks, borrowed technology, etc.
Our Semester Exam schedule is below so be sure and read it since there is a change to the last day of school, 5/28.
If you are in need of Saturday School to make up absences, please be sure and contact your assistant Principal ASAP. There are no more Saturdays to make up hours.
Work hard and study to do your best. Be sure and stay on top of your grades as we move through the final week of the 20-21 school year.
Sincerely,
Gary Comalander - Principal

Teacher of the Month - May
Congratulations to Tamra Belt on Teacher of the Month for May!
A big thank you to this teacher who has been a great asset to the English department teaching a variety of preps from English I to English III, mostly leading the English I team and working with our co teachers and SPED department. In addition, she taught Academic Literacy, helping our at-risk readers and ESL students hone their reading skills. We wish Tamra Belt the best of luck in her next journey — retirement!

Semester Final Exam Schedule
All semester exams must be taken during the day and time scheduled to allow for live proctoring of the exam. Please look at the attached Exam Schedule. There are no Asynchronous semester exams. Asynchronous students who cannot take the exam during the scheduled time will need to make arrangements with the teacher to take it during one of the scheduled make-up times on 5/26-28, so it can be proctored. If a student misses their semester exam they will receive a grade of 1 and have until 6/10/21 to make the exam up in the Johnson HS administration office. Semester exams cannot be taken early.
