Related Courses at Leyden:

Medical careers would be a related course to my future career because nursing is a medical job. Another course is biology because medical careers have a lot to do with science courses in high school.

Extra Curricular Activities/Clubs:

Quote

"A major part of becoming a nurse is also to have some experience working with patients. Depending on what kind of unit a nurse is working in, hospitals will also provide specialty training on-the-job for nurses. Also when you begin as a nurse, it won't be a walk in the park, but education and persistence will help you succeed." - Jackie L. Merecki who is a registered nurse at St. John's Providence Health System in Detroit, Michigan.
