Holiday Help Needed
Thank you to the many who have already donated gift cards for us to share with our families in need this holiday season. For those of you who can afford to help, please donate gifts cards over the next couple of weeks to places like Fred Meyer, Target, Walmart, Safeway or Albertsons. Please bring them to the front office as we will be sending out these cards to our Pacer Families who may need a little extra help this holiday season the week before winter break. If you are in need of help please reach out to me or to anyone here at Lakeridge and we will make sure to get the help your families needs this season. Thank you for being an amazing community who is willing to help and be helped by Our Pacer Family!!

Its great way to raise funds for your clubs/teams by supporting the school and creating goodwill for everyone that comes to a Lakeridge sporting event.
If you would like to participate for the Winter season and haven’t signed up email pacerconcessions@gmail.com
MUN parents:
We have the opportunity to raise money to offset costs for our MUN conference this spring by working Concessions at basketball games on December 17, January 31, and February 10. We need at least one parent volunteer and one person (parent or student) with a food handler's card at each event. Would you be willing to help? Please see the Sign Up Genius below to sign up!
Note that if you have a food handler's card you will sign up as an adult AND put your name down in the food handler's card slot so we know we have it covered!
If you have any questions, please email Sarah Mock mocks@loswego.k12.or.us or Ryan Inahara at inaharar@loswego.k12.or.us

Oregon State Assessment Opt-Out Form
State law requires us to inform you that a form is available from the State Department of Education that allows you to opt your child out of the math and English Language Arts assessments for the current school year. Should you wish to opt out your child, fill out the form and submit it to the main office at your child’s school. Please note the submission deadlines listed on the form. Meeting the deadline will help the school with planning and preparation. If you wish your child not to participate in the science assessment for grades 5, 8, and 11, submit this request in writing to the principal of your child's school.
If you have questions or want more information about state assessments, please contact your child’s principal or teacher(s).
