Helpful Hints and Habits
I hope everyone had a fantastic school year! I have had a wonderful time with all of you this year and can't wait to see everyone in August. I hope you and your families have a safe, memorable summer. I'm sure you already have some wonderful things planned this summer: going to camp, traveling with family, or having a stay-cation in San Antonio. Whatever you do, please be safe and remember to have a good time!
Here are some tips for you to help make your summer fun and safe:
- Wear your sunscreen when you're outside playing, at the beach, riding your bike, etc.
- Take pictures! Ask your parents first, but make sure you take lots of photos to remember your summer fun
- Check out the San Antonio Public Library - your local library will have fun activities, story times, family game nights, and guest speakers/reader for some summer fun, and of course, you can check out books to read! Which brings me to my next tip...
- READ! Reading a good book is a fantastic way to spend your summer, and a great way to practice and improve your reading skills
