JAGUAR CORNER

How 'bout them CHIEFS?!?!?!?! As we gear up for the Super Bowl on February 2nd, Sunset Valley Student Council is participating in the SOUPER BOWL of CARING!

Students may bring in food donations and place in the bins of their choice, regarding the team that they believe will be Super Bowl LlV Champions. Of course, we want the CHIEFS to win!!!! Souper Bowl of Caring can demonstrate how collective efforts make a significant impact on our neighbors in need. By working together, we can tackle hunger in our community of Lee's Summit. All food will be donated to Lee's Summit Social Services. Thank you for supporting this effort.

CULVER'S NIGHT- JANUARY 29TH

Culver's Night on January 29th to Support Job Olympics: Culver’s Night is an exciting fundraising event. Students from all three Middle School Life Skills Programs will be running food to customers to help raise money for the high school students in the Medically Fragile Program at Sunset Valley who are participating in Job Olympics. Job Olympics is an event in which high school students compete against their peers from the other high schools in Lee’s Summit, Center School District, Hickman Mills, and the Rainbow Center in a variety of job skills. Please mark your calendars to visit Culver’s on Wednesday, January 29th between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. and Culver’s will donate 10% of all sales to the Lee’s Summit Life Skills’ Job Olympics. What a perfect opportunity to see our many middle school friends using their Functional Life Skills hard at work! We hope to see you there, whether you dine-in or drive-thru.
