We have learned that the true learning and interpretation comes from digging through the data (gathering, organizing, interpreting, looking for trends). In the past, the Admin team compiled the data and drew conclusions for the educators. Now, we try to build capacity in our educators and facilitate the process of data interpretation and subsequent plans of action.
