Egyptian-American on Hunger Strike in Egyptian Prison

Mohamed Soltan is a 26 year old Egyptian-American citizen imprisoned in Egypt since August 25th, 2013 after getting shot in the arm by an army sniper on August 14th, 2013. On January 26th, 2014, Mohamed finally stood before a judge, no evidence was presented and no argument was made. In protest, Mohamed entered into a hunger strike immediately following the hearing.
