Field Day Registration

Dear Parents,

Due to space and safety concerns, one guardian per student will be allowed to register to attend. Please use the QR code to register by Friday, November 11. If you have not scanned your ID at Rennell this year, you will need to come by the school to have your ID scanned prior to the November 11 cut-off date, otherwise you will not be able to attend. If you are volunteering for Field Day, your registration is through the sign-up genius linked on the PTO website (also linked below). If you are volunteering, you do not need to register using the QR link below. Volunteers will be registered through the volunteer link (further down). You must be registered as a parent or volunteer to attend.

Field Day Volunteers

FIELD DAY NEEDS YOUR HELP!

We are still in need of volunteers for both days of Field Day in a few weeks! The success of this event relies heavily on parent volunteers so please consider helping!

Please note that each session is divided into two parts (1) Activity Rotations and (2) Relay Races. When you sign up to volunteer you will participate for both grade levels for whichever area you volunteer. Your child will participate in both the Relay Races and Activity Rotations so you will see them when they are in your area! The school is limiting spectators to 1 per child, however, if you volunteer, that does NOT limit another parent/guardian from attending.

If you would like to volunteer (and cheer on your student), please select an available activity slot on your desired date and sign up! The PTO Website link is below and you can find the sign-up under the Volunteer tab. If you have any questions, please contact Jay Reed at jmorrison006@gmail.com.

Thank you!
