Dear Kedron Families,

Kedron Families,

We want you to know that we are here for you. We love you and miss you all so very much! I hope everyone is enjoying summer. Please don’t forget to drop off your library books out front if you still have them at home. The library book container is out front Monday to Thursday 8 to 4 except the week of June 29 - July 3rd. Also if you missed student pick up you can reserve a time to pick up student materials HERE. Pickups will be on Monday and Tuesday. If you have additional questions please email me and I will be happy to assist you.


Summer Learning Resources ARE HERE! We know that many summer plans make look different and that your sweet children may be looking for something to do, so we are here to help you get started on some summer learning fun! In this link you will find hands-on summer learning activities for each grade level. Georgia Department of Education has also partnered with GPB Education to provide additional summer learning opportunities here.


If your child is not returning next school year, please return their chromebook at the LEC between 10:00 to 2:00, Mon. - Thurs.(VoTech parking lot). Please also email Janet Wiles, wiles.janet@mail.fcboe.org, so she can get the appropriate withdrawal paperwork to you. If you have any questions please contact your classroom teacher. ALL students staying in Fayette County can keep their chromebook. If you are moving to a different school or have a change of address please email Janet Wiles, wiles.janet@mail.fcboe.org.


We are currently on our summer work schedule. Buildings are staffed Monday - Thursday; however, staff present varies. Due to meetings and other events that pull myself and secretary off campus, the best way to get in touch is to email us at voorhies.jamie@mail.fcboe.org or bour.evenie@mail.fcboe.org. We will return your email as soon as we can to schedule a phone call or an appointment with you. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare for the next school year.

Have You Enrolled?

Here are the necessary steps and information that you will need to complete to enroll your student at Kedron Elementary.

  • Start the Enrollment Process. You can start that process by enrolling on-line. Click the To enroll, please click here.

  • Once you complete the Online Registration, the Enrollment and Records staff will notify you regarding the required documents.

  • After Online Registration has been completed parents will email their driver's license, along with the required enrollment and residency documents and parent ID.

  • The documents may be mailed or scanned as one pdf file (if not possible, uploaded jpg is acceptable)

  • Once the required documents are received, you will receive an email with the Enrollment Affidavit form for electronic signature

  • Once the e-signed form is emailed back to the Enrollment Center, all documents will be uploaded in Infinite Campus and you will be notified that the enrollment process has been completed. Kedron Elementary will be notified via email that you have completed the process, but also feel free to email Janet Wiles as well.
