January Special Called Board Meeting 1.10.22

LHISD held a special called board meeting this week to approve the schematic design for four projects from the 2021 bond. The board also took action on a temporary compensation plan for substitutes to address the sub shortage and took advantage of great pricing to purchase portables needed for classroom space until construction is complete.


Enrollment News. Liberty Hill ISD received 115 new students last week raising the District's Enrollment to 7,044.

  • The Board of Trustees approved the Schematic Design for Santa Rita Middle School Expansion as part of the 2021 Bond Program
  • The Board of Trustees approved the Schematic Design for Liberty Hill Middle School Renovations and Expansions as part of the 2021 Bond Program
  • The Board of Trustees approved the Schematic Design for Middle School #3 as part of the 2021 Bond Program
  • The Board of Trustees Awarded Guaranteed Maximum Price #2 for Liberty Hill and Noble Elementary projects as part of the 2021 Bond Program
  • The Board of Trustees approved Purchasing Portable Buildings as part of the 2018 Bond Program


Personnel Actions


  • The Board of Trustees approved an Human Resources Coordinator position.
