May 18 School Board Election - Meet the Candidates

Our School Board election takes place on May 18, 2021 and we have four zones up for election. Aloha High School is in Zone 4. Please engage in the democratic process at the local level by learning more about our eight candidates, watching the BSD hosted candidates forum, participating in the vote and encouraging others to do the same.

Multilingual Information Sessions: Should the "F" Grade Be Permanently Removed?

The MLD will host Zoom information sessions in multiple languages next week for the purpose of sharing the district proposal of permanently removing the "F" grade, answering the community's questions, and getting their feedback.

Monday 5/10, 4:00-5:00pm, Chinese

Tuesday 5/11, 4:30-5:30pm, Korean

Tuesday 5/11, 6:00-7:00pm, Russian

Wednesday 5/12, 6:00-7:00pm, Spanish

Thursday 5/13, 5:30-6:30pm, Somali

The Zoom link is the same for all sessions. This week the MLD will send a SchoolMessenger email to all secondary parents/guardians that indicated a language other than English to inform them of this opportunity. Please share with your staff and community.

Wed. 5 Day Meal Pick-up Registration for CDL Students

The USDA provides waivers for FREE meals to children 1-18 for the rest of the 2020-21 school year. BSD is committed to making sure every child has access to healthy meals this school year. Meal bag contains: 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 supper snacks.
