Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
It has been a great week in kindergarten! We have been enjoying a lot of Dr. Seuss books and working on our rhyming skills!
On Wednesday we read Bartholomew and the Oobleck and made some of our own oobleck in class! We also got to celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday by wearing our pajamas and reading a favorite story to our favorite stuffed animal! We also got a visit from the Cat in the Hat to read us a story! We enjoyed our visit and the story!
On Thursday we read One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish and went on a scavenger hunt around the room to find items that were different colors.
Friday we got to watch Horton Hears a Who! We talked about how the book and the movie were different. We also made a graph
The Cat and the Hat reading to us!
