Ted Leonhardt knows creative business. Starting as a designer/illustrator in the mid-70s, he eventually co-founded and drove the growth of his own firm, The Leonhardt Group, from ten employees to fifty, resulting in its successful acquisition by WPP—the second largest advertising company in the world. In 2004 he chose to follow his passion for helping others and now works internationally as a creative consultant focusing on everything from staffing issues to difficult negotiations; new business and competitive situations are a major focus. Ted has helped creative groups win business in the UK, EU, Japan, and Eastern Europe as well as the United States.
