November Themed Tech Lessons

Free Google Summit on Dec. 7th
You are invited to join the second "TCEA Area 20 Google Apps for Education Summit". Once again, the summit will be held on the Robert G. Cole High School campus in the Fort Sam Houston Independent School District. This day-long event will offer attendees breakout sessions on deploying, integrating and using Google Apps for Education to promote student learning in the K-12 setting.
There is NO FEE for this event! It is FREE!
If you can't make the whole day, please feel free to attend what you can.
Lunch will be "On Your Own" and there are plenty of great restaurants in the area.

Teachers can engage their students by allowing them to act out historical events, practice language skills, deliver a book report, or develop fluency through a reader's theater. The finished projects are easily shared via email and can also be displayed on your Teacher Web or classroom blog.
Tellagami
Create a Gami in 3 easy steps. 1- Customize a character and choose a background. 2- Record your voice or type a message for your character to say. 3- Share your Gami with your teacher via email.
Tellagami is great for student presentations!
Here's a unique way students can use it during Science. To make any revisions, go to File>Make a copy... then the task card becomes yours and is stored in your Google docs.
