Future Planning Survey for Parents

At the beginning of next school year, we will restart our work on the strategic plan that we had to put on pause last year. The district has engaged with School Perceptions to administer a future planning survey to all District 41 parents. This will help the district learn more about the priorities we had identified through the previous planning sessions and inform us about how to restart the process.

Please look for the survey in your email inboxes. It was sent out May 27 and reminder emails have followed from School Perceptions. The survey will be open through June 2. School Perceptions will receive all of the parent responses directly and will compile the data for us. The survey will be available in both English and Spanish.

District 41 PTA Scholarships Awarded to Glenbard West Students

The District 41 PTA Scholarship has been awarded since 1986. This year, the PTA Council awarded a $2,650 scholarship to a graduating senior who is a District 41 alum, attending a 4-year institution and interested in pursuing a career in education. A $500 scholarship was awarded to a District 41 alum who is attending College of DuPage.

The scholarships recipeints for 2021 are Grace King and Tuyen Le. Congratulations!

The funding is provided by the PTAs from all District 41 elementary schools and Hadley Junior High School.

Glenbard West Graduates Visit Churchill

Recent graduates of Glenbard West High School visited Churchill School this week. The Hilltopper graduates toured the hallways and classrooms they once traveled as Churchill Timberwolves. The graduates reunited with former teachers and also broke out into Q&A sessions in various classrooms to answer questions from current Churchill students. Thank you for visiting, Glenbard West graduates!
