From the desk of Mrs. McDevitt
December 6, 2020
We are so excited to be welcoming back the children tomorrow morning. Mrs. Brunetti and Mrs. Castor have a special surprise for the children to welcome them back. Chromebooks and chargers should be brought back in tomorrow and will be collected in the homeroom. The children will be able to participate in the Secret Santa Shop later this week (details below). We are looking forward to a great week.
Warmest regards,
Mrs. Sandra McDevitt
TECHNOLOGY RETURN
If you are remaining virtual and need to continue with the equipment please let me know in an email. Thank you!
Daily Health Monitoring
Parents remember to monitor your child's health everyday. The attached link will provide guidelines to help you. If your child is not feeling well please keep your child home. You do have the option to switch to virtual learning while your child is home. The first day home will be a sick day. Please contact the office. If you need virtual learning while home sick, please contact the homeroom teacher and myself. The teacher will get your child online in a reasonable amount of time. If your child is going virtual they must follow the virtual learning guidelines. Children are not permitted to come in and out of classes. It is too disruptive for teachers and students. Please follow these guidelines. We are happy to make the arrangements depending on each circumstance.
If anyone in your household is exhibiting symptoms of Covid, please have your child work from home and contact your physician. Please be aware of community spread of Covid and follow all protocols so that we can keep each other healthy and safe.
When you are picking up your children, please have your mask on and do not stand in groups. Please remain in or near your car. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Please make sure that you touch base with you doctor if your child has any symptoms. You must have a doctors note if your child is out sick for 3 or more days. If a Covid test is taken, please contact us with the results.
