The message associated with power:
To much power, can lead to their destruction.
Lady Macbeth controlls Macbeth
"I am a man again. Pray you, sit still. You have displaced the mirth, broke the good meeting, with most admired disorder"
Lady Macbeth controlls and over powers Macbeth as he is in a stage of weakness after he murders Banquo. This over whelming responsibilty of power lead to Lady Macbeths Suicide.
Duncan changes the Law of Tanistry
"Our eldest, Malcolm, whom we name hereafter The Prince of Cumberland."
The Law of Tanistry stated, the son of the current king could not take his fathers place, once he has fallen. Duncan, in an act of greed, used his power to change this law to benefit his family. In rage Macbeth murders him.
Macbeth is murdered from his Tyranny
"What does the tyrant"
His decisions as king, and an angry ruler, lead his followers to become his enemies.
