Comrise has many business units — Management, Recruiting & Sales, Human Resources, Accounting and Marketing — which all rely on each other to be successful.

Marketing would like to share with you what we've been up to in order to help Comrise be successful, and our goals for the coming year. Your suggestions are more than welcome.

What We've Accomplished

Branding & Exposure

  • Company name officially (legally) changed to Comrise, Inc.
  • New Slogan: "Make IT Happen"
  • New Mascot: "Java" the Bot
  • Implemented a Prospecting/Lead Generation Tool: LexisNexis ProspectPortfolio
  • Press Releases about ECL Training and Sponsorship of Louisville CIO Summit – which resulted in coverage from national newswires and interest from local radio stations
  • Welcome Gifts sent to New Consultants
  • Birthday Greetings sent to Consultants


Website Traffic

In 2012, Comrise had roughly 20,000 visitors to the corporate website. After launching the new website in September, we saw a dramatic increase in website traffic, resulting in:

  • Average of 1,800 Visitors per month
  • Average of 630 Job Applicants per month
  • 1 New Client for Comrise in China

Where Do Our Candidates Come From?

This year we added 12,000 new candidates to Bullhorn. While the majority of them still come from Monster, Dice and CareerBuilder, we brought in 500+ candidates from LinkedIn alone.
