Library Update with Mrs. Skosky

Returning Library Books

Hello Endeavour Jaguars! As you may have noticed in the Endeavour Enews a while back, June 15 - June 19 has been set aside for families to pick up supplies left at school. This is also the designated time that families can bring and drop off library books. Be on the look out for another Endeavour Enews with specific instructions on the day and time for you to come to school.

Since it has been a LOOONG time since we have been in school, I thought families would appreciate an update on what books they have at home. The easiest way for me to do this is to run Overdue Notices in the library program we use to track books. The Overdue Notice will be sent on Wednesday, June 10th and will come from the email address: libraryservices@issaquah.wednet.edu. Please do NOT reply to that email with questions. Email me directly at skoskyl@issaquah.wednet.edu.

PLEASE know that I am sending these notices so that you can use it to help track down books only. There are no fines or late fees. If you cannot find a book that is on the overdue notice, we will wait until the Fall to figure it out! It is possible that books on the notice have already been returned to the library or are in your student's desk, etc. That is OK! Any books left in the classroom will be collected by your student's teacher and brought directly to the library.

Again, PLEASE do not stress over library books. They usually show up and make their way back home to the library eventually. :)

Thanks for Reading!!!
