Free breakfast and lunch through December

All Sumner County students have the opportunity to receive breakfast and lunch at no cost. The USDA is providing meals for students through December.

However, if your student has lunch charges prior to September 3rd, please send money to cover those expenses.

You are encouraged to maintain a balance in your child's account in case extra items, such as chips or snacks, are purchased.

Sumner Virtual Academy: Second Nine Weeks Enrollment

how to enroll in Sumner Virtual Academy (SVA) for the 2nd Nine Weeks

If your child is currently enrolled at JAE and you wish to enroll in SVA:

Guardian must visit the office at JAE before September 17th. (8:00-3:00)

Guardian must complete the SVA registration form in-person at JAE.

Mrs. Stewart will review SVA requirements.

Changes are effective for the 2nd 9 weeks, which begins on Monday, October 12th.

SVA Students who will return to in-person learning at JAE

Students who will be leaving SVA and enrolling at JAE for the 2nd Quarter:

Complete the Google Form sent by the SVA teacher before 3:00 on September 17th

Provide 2 proofs of residency dated August or September

Complete registration/enrollment documents at JAE

Changes are effective for the 2nd 9 weeks, which begins on Monday, October 12th.

Parent Conferences

Parent conferences are scheduled to take place September 21st from 1:00-7:00. Virtual conferences and phone conferences will be available.
