GREENE SPOTLIGHT OF THE WEEK
Round of Applause to our Greene Machine!
Our Greene Machine students performed at the Montgomery Women's Club Party on Thursday and the party guests were wowed with the incredible talent of our students. The Greene Machine then had a tour of performances today throughout the district with the Junior High Show Choir and two high school a cappella groups. Luckily, Greene was a stop on this tour and our 5th and 6th graders were able to watch their peers, and others, shine. Thank you, Greene Machine, and Mrs. Anderson for all of the work and dedication you put in to this AMAZING PERFORMANCE!

Wet-Lather-Scrub-Rinse-Dry
It is that time of year when it seems everyone has a cold or stomach bug. People commonly catch colds when they rub their nose or their eyes after their hands have been contaminated with the cold virus. People can also spread the stomach bug by not washing their hands before eating and after using the restroom. Handwashing - the single best way to remove germs and avoid illness. The CDC refers to handwashing as a “do it yourself vaccine” in protection against disease.
