It has been a pleasure having your students as part of the Coosa Family this school year. • Report Cards will be mailed home

At the close of this school year, we are sadly saying See You Later to four of our Faculty and Staff members. Mrs. Donna Sams, Mrs. Pamela Kinsey, and Ms. Lisa Sutton will be entering the next phase of their lives---RETIREMENT! Mrs. Hawthorne will be preparing to move back home closer to her family.

Second graders wrote persuasive essays to convince Maynard’s Ice Cream & Cafe to recreate their donut creations. These three *sweet* 2nd grade students won the Donut Writing Contest in Ms. Mack and Ms. Thoms' Class. Maynard’s took the students’ original ideas from the page and created them for the student designers! Additionally, Maynard’s is selling these creations in their store TODAY! Thank you, Maynard’s, and congratulations to these special friends!

When going through your child's clothes, if you have any new or gently used uniforms that you would like to donate to the Coosa Closet, we would greatly appreciate them. These can be dropped off this summer at the front office.

All students who have lost a library book or have technology fees have been sent home with a letter identifying those items. Please return or pay the fines as soon as possible.

The Beaufort County Library is offering FREE lunches from June 7-August 4, Monday through Friday only. Please visit HERE for more information!

We have a lot of lost items that have been found and placed on the hooks across from the cafeteria. You are welcome to come to the school next week to look through the items. Any items that are not picked up by Monday, June 12, will either be thrown away or cleaned and donated.
