Calendar...

We are a busy school this year with all of the new community things going on...
Please have patience with us as we attempt to make our google calendar as accurate as possible.

Can I please remind staff of the following administrative requirements in relation to our calendar:

1) do not place anything on the whiteboard calendar unless it has been approved by me.

2) If it has been approved by me I am assuming you have emailed Sue Lake with all of the correct information required for our school calendar (see example below).

3) It is not acceptable to just forward Sue the details of a course you are going to or an event you are organising, and have Sue work out date/ time / venue etc. You must supply her with the information in the example I have outlined below:

We begin again.... Willmot Whisper Articles due from....

We would like to begin out Willmot Whisper again. The format will be online and it will only go out three times a term to the community i.e. week 3, week 6 and week 9.
For this term only we will be sending one out in week 11 and I would like each class to make a contribution of no more than 1 A4 page with pictures. Please email me your 1 page report by Monday week 11 and I will collate it for distribution to the app by Weds of that week.

In future terms, Willmot Whisper articles are due on Mondays of week 3, week 6 and week 9. Please place them in the correct folder on common drive that Jill has set up - see filepath below. Please see the newsletter contribution roster for 2016 attached to this post below.

Ways lead the way to Wows lead the way to Rewards...

Don't forget to keep handing out your free and frequent tokens. I heard some students discussing that they weren't going to get there in time for this term... let's get our skates on and booster them. We only have a couple of weeks left and out behaviours are starting to decline quite a bit. Let's stay focussed, alert and ready to reward!
