Positive Affirmations I Can use
To keep my mental health strong, I will not let what others think of me bother me. I will not just wait for something bad to happen to me. I will go and do something positive to hopefully reduce my chances of that bad thing happening. Also, if I let stress and fear build up in my mind, I cannot be healthy. Eventually, my emotions will show through my physical being.
