Health
To ensure that I have the very best physical health I can every day, I will try to eat health and not put garbage into my body like processed foods. Also, I will never smoke or do drugs because they will harm my body and negatively change my whole life. I am going to try to stay in shape, not just now while I play sports, but throughout my life. Life is easier and I will feel better and have a better self image if I am healthy.
To keep my mental health strong, I will not let what others think of me bother me. I will not just wait for something bad to happen to me. I will go and do something positive to hopefully reduce my chances of that bad thing happening. Also, if I let stress and fear build up in my mind, I cannot be healthy. Eventually, my emotions will show through my physical being.
Pain
I have suffered pain in the past. I expect pain in the future. But, I will react to that pain by knowing that it can't last forever and that something good will come eventually. What I will gain from the pain is that I will recognize what caused it and not let it happen again. I will be stronger when the pain is gone.
Environment
I AM WHO I AM BECAUSE OF MY SURROUNDINGS
I want to be successful in life and accomplish my goals, so I will surround myself with positive people. They will push me to do my best and encourage me along the way. In return I will also help them to do their very best in life. These people could be friends, people that I form relationships with, my parents, anyone that is a positive asset to my life.
