ANNOUNCEMENTS
-No Morning Band Room on Monday, Mrs. Merritt had to travel out of town for a funeral.
-PLEASE SEND IN ALL PAYMENTS ON MONDAY, the CHARMS account needs to be closed out for the year. This includes Solo/Ensembles, Pizza Party, Stevie B's, Silent Auction and ALL outstanding fees.
-Uniform Turn In for all borrowed Uniform Items.
-Band Instrument Rental Turn In for all school owned instruments.
-Check out Band Camp Information in the Mark Your Calendars paragraph.

CAR SHOW SHIRTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE $20 each.
Symphonic Band
Uniform Turn In - Symphonic Band boys please turn in your borrowed vest and bow tie. There is a collection box in the Band Room. Be sure to put vest and bow tie in a bag with your name on it.
Band Instrument Rental Turn In -
Symphonic Band Instrument Turn In for all school-owned instruments is Tuesday, May 22. Please place the instruments on the Jazz Band Stage. Except for Tubas- Tubas may be left in the band lockers.
Summer Instrument Rental -
Wednesday, May 23 after school. Please bring Rental Agreement. It requires a parent and student signature. Summer rental is $50. All checks must have a driver's license and 2 phone numbers.
Concert Band
Uniform Turn In - Concert Band boys please turn in your teal cummerbund and bow tie.
Bring the cummerbund and tie in a bag labeled with your name so you can get credit for turning in your uniform items. There will be a collection box in the Band Room.
Trip Band boys - please bring in borrowed black vest and bow tie in a bag labeled with your name so you can get credit for turning in your uniform items. There will be a collection box in the Band Room.
Band Instrument Rental Turn In -
Concert Band Instrument Turn In for all school-owned instruments is Wednesday, May 16. Please place the instrument on the Jazz Band Stage. Except for tubas- You may leave the tuba in the band locker.
If you cannot turn it in on that day, you may turn it in on Tuesday, May 22 after school.
