The workout and the proper way

Push Ups

To do push ups you have to have arm strength. The push up is a workout that works your core and biceps. This will help you get your upper body strength. As you see in the picture below you start in upper position and then gradually go down to were your arms get to a 90 degree angle and your not on the ground. For beginners you would want to start with 5-10 push ups Average 10-15 Advanced 20-?.

Squats

Squats are jumps that work your hamstring and core. As you see in the picture below you start down low in a squat then you jump up with your arms above you and reach. Beginners may want to start at 10-15 Average 20-30 If you are advanced you may want to try 35-?.

jumping jacks

Jumping jacks work the core, abdomen, Glutes. As you see in the picture below you start clean and sharpie and then jump up.

Burp-pies

Burpies are a challenged activity. To do a burp-pie you need to start in a down position as you see in the picture. Then you stand up, go to a push up position , then you back to a downward position, then jump back up. Beginners maybe 5-10 Average 10-15 Advanced 15- ?.
