APEX Feedback Survey
Thank you for a wonderful fundraiser and community event!
As we begin to plan for next year, we need your help to evaluate this year's APEX Fun Run. It was the first year using this vendor and they came highly recommended from many other elementary schools within PUSD. Without APEX, we are not sure if we would have been able to hold a run fundraiser this year due to the decreased number of volunteers than in previous years. We are open to changes in the future and look forward to productive feedback and potential solutions.
