Hello All, We are excited to see all of you next Thursday August 4th. Here is some important information for all of you.
Book Rental amounts will be available in Harmony in the near future. You will receive an email with the amount and due date. Payment plan forms are available from Mrs. Syester in the main office.
Although schedules are available on Harmony, they will not be accurate until the first day of school due to balancing of classes. If there is an egregious scheduling error, i.e. missing a class, you may fill out a schedule change request form in guidance. The 2nd semester classes have not been balanced and will change prior to the start of 2nd semester. There will not be any schedule changes after August 5th.
Students will report to Homeroom on August 4th at the beginning of the day. There they will receive their up to date schedule. Student hand book, and if they have not picked up their chrome-book, they will receive it then.
Picture Retakes will be September 15th.
Senior portrait retakes will be September 14th.
If your student missed registration day this week, Mrs. Saylor will take their ID picture in the athletic office the first day of school. Student IDs will be needed for lunch.

Athletic Passes -https://sites.eventlink.com/s/we-are-tri-west/purchase-passes The above link can be used to purchase Athletic Sport Passes. High School Students that purchase a pass will get into all athletic events by having a MARKED sticker on their Student ID. Students will need to present their Student ID to attend athletic events if they have purchased a pass. This is also the link where Tickets can be purchased for the events throughout the year. The General Public does NOT have to have an Eventlink account to purchase passes or tickets. We recommend that ALL HIGH SCHOOL students have an EVENTLINK account set up if they haven't already. Passes can also be purchased at the Athletic table during registration.
Parking / Construction News
We are getting there slowly but surely!
We are getting closer to having phase 2 of our construction done. As we are finishing up here are some things to help us stay safe until we are totally finished.
1. We will begin the year with the status quo from last year. Students will park in the North lot. Student Drop off and pick up is Door #7 (North Lot). Busses will drop off students at Door#1.
2. Traffic Change - The West Entrance (off of SR 39) will be an entrance only during arrival and dismissal. All traffic that enters the north parking lot will have to exit the campus to the east by the middle school.
3. We are hoping that the new south lot will be done by the week of the 15th. But as we all know with construction nothing is set in stone. Once that parking lot is open we will communicate the new traffic pattern.
