It's Nursery Rhyme time!
This week we will recite a variety of nursery rhymes. We will learn about rhyming words, vocabulary, characters, counting, sorting and positional words. Art, music, and stories will have a nursery rhyme theme.

- Ants Go Marching with the big drum, Marching Band
- Itsy Bitsy Spider art
- Little Miss Muffet silly rhyme (identifying different foods and changing rhyme)
- Humpty Dumpty 10 frame puzzles

- Sorting Mary's animals big and little
- Jack Be Nimble candlestick game
- Buckle My Shoe counting 1-10

Mary Had a Little Lamb
A story and song about Mary and her school-going lamb.

A child learns to count with the help of a classic nursery rhyme.
And the Dish Ran Away with the Spoon
When Dish and Spoon run away, their nursery rhyme friends Cat, Cow, and Dog set out to rescue them in time for the next evening's reading of their rhyme.
