Kindergarten Registration 2018-2019
2018-2019 Online Kindergarten Pre-Registration Opens December 1, 2017
The Westwood Regional School District will begin online kindergarten pre-registration for the 2018-2019 school year on Friday, December 1, 2017. The online registration is a pre-registration only, and students will not be considered enrolled until parents/guardians submit the required information during in-person registration in January 2018.
A child residing in the Borough of Westwood or Township of Washington who will be five (5) years old on or before October 1, 2018 is eligible to enter kindergarten. There are no exceptions to this date. To help facilitate your child’s registration, please follow this process:
Beginning December 1, 2017 go to the district’s website at www.wwrsd.org > Find It Fast> 2018-2019 Incoming Kindergarten.
Complete the process, review important registration procedures, and download the required forms. Registration packets may also be picked up at the Board of Education office located in the Jr./Sr. High School, 701 Ridgewood Road, Township of Washington, N.J.
If you require further assistance, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We look forward to having your child join us in the Westwood Regional School District!
George School Toy Drive for Tomorrows Children's Fund at Hackensack Hospital
George School’s Toy Drive for Tomorrows Children’s Fund at Hackensack Hospital.
The Character Trait for the month of November is Citizenship. With some help for our 5th grade Peer Pals we would like to continue helping our community and those in need.
For the month of November we will be holding a Toy Drive for Tomorrows Children’s Fund at Hackensack Hospital. Our goal is to collect as many unopened/new gifts* and toys and even gift cards by November 21st. These gifts will be gifted to children and families at Hackensack Hospital during the holidays.
Please drop off all unopened/new gifts in the front lobby.
*Gifts are required to be unopened and new to eliminate any excess germs that could cause illnesses to patients.
About Tomorrows Children’s Fund:
The Tomorrows Children’s Fund was founded by a group of committed parents to help their children and others like them with cancer and serious blood disorders. With the help of friends like you, today, TCF provides a warm, healthy and loving environment for children in treatment and a full scope of services to relieve families’ emotional and financial stress. In addition to our direct financial aid programs, TCF also offers an array of activities, events, outings, special guests and parties, designed to provide our young patients with a brighter tomorrow. All of which confirms our belief that through hope, hard work and heartfelt generosity, extraordinary things are possible.
