Technology Return Procedures for Seniors

Hello Seniors:

*This is a revision from my last email due to CMS changing some dates on me. This is the FINAL revision and you can make permanent appointments now.** I have cancelled all the old appointments.

NEW APPOINTMENT LINK

Please remember that it is your responsibility to return ALL TECHNOLOGY before the last official day of school (May 28th).

If you might be in summer camp, credit recovery, or anything else in this summer to graduate…then we WILL be able to issue you another Chromebook once we know officially that you have summer work to do.

Required items to Return

  • Old Chromebooks
  • New Chromebooks
  • Chromebook Chargers
  • Hotspots
  • Hotspot Chargers

If any of these items are MISSING or DAMAGED during check-in, you will not be able to receive your graduation material. If the fees are extensive, then you will not be able to walk the stage.

You can start returning your Technology on May 19th IF you no longer need it for testing (EOCs, CTE, teacher test).

Click here to reserve your appointment to return your Technology.

Collection will be right in front of the main office. If you are remote and plan to drive to school, PARK your car in the front circle and follow the signs. You must have your device charged and open so that Mr. Wilson can inspect for damages.

If you bring a dead device, you will have to charge it onsite and your wait time will increase.

You will not receive a receipt and if damages are discovered at a later time, Mr. Wilson will call to notify you of the charges.

Seniors that develop technology fees need to be prepared to pay online onsite.

Thanks!

Exams

Good afternoon Ardrey Kell families,

I wanted to provide you with updates regarding the schedule for the last weeks of school. This week, Plan A students will be in the buidling every day, including Wednesday, for regular school. AP exams will be administered this week per the schedule. Next week, students will be in the building for regular school on Monday and Tuesday. However, beginning May 19th all students will go remote through the end of the year. This is so our teachers can administer and proctor the CTE and EOC exams. May 19th, 20th and 21st will continue to be a normal schedule with synchronous instruction occurring daily online. Beginning May 24th, exam week, students will have optional asynchronous extension work on teacher Canvas pages. In summary, all Plan A students will be in the building tomorrow through May 18th. Beginning May 19th the only students who will come to the building are students taking an exam on their exam day. Teachers will accept late work through Friday, May 21 for credit. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your grade level admnistrator, teacher or me. Have a wonderful Mother's Day!

Jamie
