Please make arrangements for your child to be picked up PROMPTLY at 5:00. In order to alleviate congestion, 7th graders should be picked up in the parking lot between our JH auditorium and the football stadium. 8th graders should be picked up along the east side of the building (the regular pickup line). If you are picking up a group with mixed grades, please choose one side and communicate to your child(ren) where you will pick them up. Thank you!
Rising 9th Grade Scheduling: A message from the HS Counselors
High school counselors will be at the junior high next week! If your student has not yet done so, please have them enter the classes they would like to take next year into the online scheduling portal. Instructions for online scheduling can be found here and a tutorial video can be found here. All other resources can be found on our scheduling website. We are here to help guide them through this process so if they have any questions, please encourage them to let us know when we meet with them next week!
Also, all students should have received an email at the beginning of the week that included their scheduling username and password along (also on the course selector) with links to all resources available to help them with the online scheduling process. We've discovered an issue with the web link provided in some of the previous mailings for online scheduling. Students should have all received the updated links in their Sycamore emails earlier this week as well. The direct link to the online scheduling portal is Online Scheduling Portal: https://daslpublic.hccanet.org/.
